Enterprise & Professional Scope
DataCove provides automated AI-driven fraud detection and social engineering intelligence. While engineered for defense-grade precision, our threat outputs support — and do not replace — official corporate legal, financial, or regulatory counsel.
01.Definitions
- "DataCove AI" / "DefenceNet" refers to our proprietary fraud intelligence platform, SDKs, APIs, mobile applications, and online portals.
- "User" refers to any individual, enterprise, developer, or organization accessing or using our services.
- "AI Processing" refers to automated document inspection, scam graph connection analysis, cognitive manipulation analysis, and real-time link/telemetry scoring.
02.Use of Services & Eligibility
2.1 Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age and hold the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. By creating an account or accessing our APIs, you warrant that all registration information provided is truthful, complete, and accurate.
2.2 Permitted Use
DataCove AI is engineered for corporate security teams, financial institutions, MSPs, legal consultants, and individuals seeking protection against social engineering attacks. Users agree not to:
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble proprietary AI detection models or algorithms.
- Upload malicious code, exploits, or unlawful content to compromise system infrastructure.
- Use the platform to test, train, or develop unauthorized counter-scam evasion techniques.
- Bypass rate limits, licensing tiers, or security authentication gates.
03.AI Processing & Data Handling
- Independent Verification: Output classifications (e.g. risk scores, manipulation flags) are generated algorithmically. Users should evaluate decisions in operational context.
- PII Shielding: Sensitive identifiers (account numbers, names, personal tokens) are scrubbed before model analysis occurs.
- Data Confidentiality: We do not sell or monetize user data under any circumstances.
04.Payment, Subscription & Billing
Certain advanced enterprise features, API volume tiers, and on-device mobile licenses require a paid subscription. Billing occurs on a recurring monthly or annual schedule in accordance with the selected plan. You may modify or cancel your subscription at any time via your account dashboard.
05.Intellectual Property Rights
All algorithms, patents, trade secrets, trademarks, software code, and interface designs associated with DataCove AI and DefenceNet are our exclusive intellectual property. Users retain full ownership over their proprietary uploaded files and document content.
06.Limitation of Liability & Disclaimers
DataCove AI is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. While our system achieves industry-leading scam interception accuracy, no defense platform can guarantee 100% interception of every evolving threat. To the maximum extent permitted by law, DataCove shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from reliance on service outputs.
07.Termination & Suspension
We reserve the right to immediately suspend or terminate access without notice if a user engages in fraudulent activity, attempts to exploit our APIs, or violates these Terms.
08.Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any dispute arising from these terms shall first be subject to good-faith confidential mediation before proceeding to formal arbitration.
